More Book Title Ideas – Please Help

I have decided not to use My Loud Bipolar Whispers as the title of my book. To be honest, I am getting a little bored of it. I do get bored easily. Plus, I feel like I need something shorter and catchier. Such as, Bipolar Detour, Turned Inside Out or Expelled in the Afterbirth. I will take and greatly appreciate any and all suggestions and feedback.

Thank you for stopping by and reading my words and thank you in advance for your help.

Much love and hugs, Sue

Here are three book title ideas. Please let me know what you think. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you…

Bipolar Detour: A Road to Recovery, Hope and Faith

Overcoming Postpartum Depression, Bipolar 1 Disorder, PTSD, Prescription Drug Addiction, Suicide Attempts and Stigma

After she gave birth to her first child twenty-six years ago, she became undone. She left—seemingly vanished into thin air. Those who saw her noticed something was different about her. They just didn’t know what it was, yet.  A life halted, stopped in its tracks and never the same again. Travel along on this inspirational journey as she openly and honestly discloses what it is like to be overtaken by mental health issues and prescription drug addiction at the prime of her life. Her journey is long and painful as she takes many wrong turns before finally finding therapeutic paths that eventually lead her to the road of hope, faith, God, recovery and healing.

Overcoming Postpartum Depression, Bipolar 1 Disorder, PTSD, Prescription Drug Addiction, Suicide Attempts and Stigma

Mental illness is mental wellness turned inside out. Inside out means the opposite of what is expected to be true. Her life did not turn out the way she planned.

  1. I feel you are not actually mentally ill. It’s just a condition that is still under your scrutiny. So I feel that mentally ill title feels a little threatening. For somebody outside of this to read , is what I mean. I hope you don’t mind.
