CHRISTmas is the season we should all be a little more saintly.
Celebrating Jesus’ birth is the reason for the season.
If we truly celebrate the reason for the season,
and understand the true meaning of CHRISTmas,
we should all have a happy and giving heart and spirit.
I pray we can all be a little more saintly,
even if just faintly.
I am going to try to be more than faintly saintly.
I believe deep down in our souls,
we are all a little saintly, ain’t we?
As I decorated my house for CHRISTmas last night, blaring my beautiful CHRISTmas music as loud as I could and sang along to the lyrics, I felt the presence of the Lord within my heart. Feeling that type of beautiful and indescribable, intense love, peace and joy deep down in my heart and soul, can only come from the Lord.
Thank you, God.
God is awesome.
God is good, all the time.
Please check out another post I wrote today titled “I Pray to Be Saintly.” I hope you like it and….
One of the my favorite songs that always brings me great joy and peace is the song “Mary Did you Know?” sung by Pentatonix.
I pray you enjoy the beauty of the music, lyrics and message of this song, as much as I do. Hugs, Sue
“Mary Did You Know” Lyrics
Mary did you know that your baby boy will one day walk on water?
Mary did you know that your baby boy will save our sons and daughters?
Did you know that your baby boy has come to make you new?
This child that you’ve delivered, will soon deliver you.
Mary did you know that your baby boy will give sight to a blind man?
Mary did you know that your baby boy will calm a storm with his hand?
Did you know that your baby boy has walked where angels trod?
And when you kiss your little baby, you have kissed the face of God
Mary did you know, Mary did you know, Mary did you know
The lame will leap, the dumb will speak, the praises of the lamb
Mary did you know that your baby boy will one day rule the nations?
Did you know that your baby boy is heaven’s perfect Lamb?
This sleeping child you’re holding is the great I am
