The above piece is titled “End Mental Illness Stigma” and was made because of my huge passion to increase awareness and education about mental illness and to reduce mental illness stigma and suicide. The woman in the illustration is crying green tears to represent the pain of bipolar disorder and other mental illness and the pain of mental illness stigma. She is crying green tears as green is the color used on the ribbon for mental illness. Medium used was graphite pencil and green glitter acrylic paint for the tears.
This piece is titled “I am Not Broken” to represent my strength and determination to show that I will never give up my fight to live, thrive and SURVIVE with bipolar disorder. Medium is used is pastel pencils.
This piece is titled “HOPE” and I drew ribbons on the letters that spell out the word HOPE to represent recovery, hope and survival. The teal ribbon is for Ovarian cancer in honor of my mom who has survived Ovarian cancer two times and is still living. I will always admire her strength, courage and perseverance. I love her hugely and am so blessed to still have her in my life to love and spend precious time with. Pink represents breast cancer, purple represents pancreatic cancer and green represents mental illness. There is always hope. Medium used is color pencils.
This piece is titled “The Beautiful Progression of Life.” I love drawing hands and I used them to represent how life continues on. The first picture shows a Mommy lovingly holding her newborn infant’s hand. The second picture is of the Mom and older child lovingly holding hands and the last picture shows the adult child lovingly holding the elderly mother’s hand. Medium used was graphite pencils.
This piece is titled “Spring Beauty.” I painted this picture because I loved the vibrant beautiful colors of the flowers and I love butterflies. Medium used was watercolor paints.
This piece is titled “Beauty shines out of His Eyes.” I drew this picture because I love to draw eyes and I thought this boy was absolutely adorable. Medium used was graphite pencils.
This piece is titled “A train for Grandpa.” My favorite person in the entire world was always my Grandpa Meyers. I still feel like he is always with me and loving me. He was the person that always loved me unconditionally no matter what. He loved trains so I drew this train in his memory and for my love for him. I always think of him when I look at this picture. Medium used was color pencils.
This piece is titled “My Train Thoughts” and is the same drawing as the above drawing but I copied it in black and white and made it into the cover on a notebook of paper or for a journal so you can write down your “Train of Thoughts.
This piece is titled “The Unity of Life” and represents the beauty of people coming together and uniting as one as God wanted us to do. Medium used was color pencils.
This piece is titled “The Magical Bubble Bath” and is an abstract fun fantasy piece. I used the Adobe Photoshop Computer Graphics program to make this. I love doing computer graphics and it is my goal to buy the program again very soon so I can create more computer graphics again. I love creating art on the computer.
This piece is titled “Some Day My Dreams Will Come True.” This is a fun abstract piece with the ideas coming from “Follow the Yellow Brick Road” and “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.” Medium used is color pencil.

I was inspired to add some of my artwork on one post from the blogger… Irene https://theyoncecalledherpumpkin.wordpress.com/
She gave me the idea last night. I am also going to add a widget (or whatever you call it) to the top or side of my home blog page so when I add more artwork to a post I can continue to place the artwork there, as well. Thank you Irene for the idea.
I hope you like my artwork.
I sell my artwork and prints for a price, plus shipping and handling costs.
I will also draw a picture or artwork to your liking. If you give me an idea or a sample or a photograph I will draw it to your liking.
If you are interested in anything or if you have any questions, please make a comment and/or send me an email.
Thank you. I hope to hear from you soon.
May your days overflow with blessings. Hugs.
